FAQ

Questions and answers

How the site works, how to find and print recipes, and how to reach us.

How often do you post new recipes?

Every day, usually three times a day. Holiday recipes go up several weeks ahead, so you have time to plan and shop.

How do I find a recipe?

Use the search box on the homepage, or browse the collections: dinners, soups, sides, desserts, appetizers, breakfast and drinks. Seasonal lists like Thanksgiving and Christmas are on the homepage too.

Can I print a recipe?

Yes. Most posts end with a recipe card that has a Print Recipe button. The Jump to Recipe button at the top of the post takes you straight to the card.

Do you include nutrition information?

Most recipe cards include calories and a nutrition estimate per serving. Treat the numbers as estimates, since they change with the brands and amounts you use.

Can I swap ingredients or make a recipe dairy-free?

Many posts have a section called Ways to Change It Up with swaps and variations. If a swap you need is not there, ask in the comments or send us a message.

Can I save recipes to Pinterest?

Yes. Use the Pin Recipe button on the recipe card, or follow Nomad Mouse on Pinterest to see new recipes as they go up.

I found a mistake in a recipe. How do I tell you?

Send the recipe name and what looks wrong through the contact page or to contact@nomadmouse.com. We fix errors as soon as we can.

Can I suggest a recipe?

Yes. Recipe requests are welcome through the contact page.
